“Do It with Me” (Co-Managed Execution)
Price: Fixed-fee weekly cadence support (3 hrs per week, scope-dependent)
You get: A custom-designed project plan, weekly check-ins/progress cadence, and delivery rhythm while your team executes the tasks.
Change management included: Adoption support with comms/training/reinforcement loops (ADKAR-style).
Who it’s for: Small to mid-sized firms that can do the work but want structured oversight, accountability, and help removing blockers without hiring a full-time PM.
“Do It for Me” (Project Managed to Fruition — By Application)
Price: POA / by application (to confirm fit, scope, and resourcing)
You get: A dedicated project manager, weekly progress updates, vendor coordination, and “get the doing done” execution support through to closure, handover, and optimisation.
Change management included (stronger): A structured adoption plan, training assets, champions and 1:1 support, and reinforcement metrics to prevent the practice from drifting back to old habits.
Project management tailored to the firm's needs; some clients have required 2–3 days of support per week.
